In 1976, Braemar College commenced with 202 students and 15 staff. 40 years on, the College has 820 students and over 120 staff.

If you’re finishing school this year, there are many decisions to make.

Celebration Night was a fitting occasion at which to announce that on 20 September, we received our planning permit from the Macedon Ranges Shire Council for the development of the Woodend Campus of Braemar College.

The Music Learning Area would like to remind parents and students that Term 4 is a great time to try a new instrument.

Openings exist in guitar, voice, harp, piano, drums / percussion, woodwind and brass.

On Monday night, 24 October, there will be an information evening about the planned “schoolies alternative” trip to Nepal in 2017.

Scott Pinnegar from World Expeditions will be presenting and there will be an opportunity to ask questions.

Commencing on Monday 21 November, 2016 all students in the Senior School will participate in “Headstart”. This program enables students to accelerate into the next year of their studies.

Are you a member of the gardening group or would you like to become one?

Opportunities exist for parents who would like to make up their College Service Scheme hours helping our maintenance team to keep the grounds of Braemar looking good…especially with summer holidays and the coming fire season.
