Yesterday the College celebrated the outstanding achievements of the 2016 cohort.

Tanzia Matotek was named as College Dux receiving an ATAR of 99.5.

Congratulations to Braemar College Year 10 student, Cooper Little who recently received a medal for his exceptional level of achievement in this year’s University of New South Wales Science Competition.

Semester 2, 2016 reports will be available on SEQTA in the week commencing 12 December 2016.

Please note that students in Year 12 will not receive a Semester 2 report from the College.

The deadline for submission of resource list orders is THIS Wednesday 14 December. Please ensure you have submitted your child/ren’s order/s by that date.

In March 2017 we will be hosting another group of young people from Japan.

The students are approximately 15 years of age and will require accommodation from 15 – 19 March.


An impressive array of toys was donated by Braemar College students to the recent Brotherhood of St Laurence Toy Shop Appeal.

The Braemar College basketball teams continue to compete this week at at the 2016 Helloworld Australian School Championships in Melbourne.

The College has fielded two teams, who have been trying hard amongst some very strong competition.

We wish them all the best as they compete over the last 2 days of the championships.

After a 16 Day, 800km journey around the Sri Lanka, the Braemar College Year 12 Schoolies Alternative program came to end last night.

The group safely landed in Melbourne and were greeted by family and friends at the arrivals hall of the International Terminal.
