Board of Governors

Braemar College is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. The College is governed by a Board of Governors responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of the College’s mission and vision.

The Board comprises up to 12 Governors, six of whom are representatives of Anglican, Catholic and Uniting Churches, the Parents & Friends Association (2) and Old Collegians. The balance of Governors are selected after consideration of the professional expertise required.
